In regulation 2 (interpretation) (as amended by regulations 10, 19, 22, and 31 of these regulations)—

in the heading, after interpretation insert “: general”;

after the definition of “contribution” insert—

  • “course designation event” has the meaning given in regulation 2A(5);

after the definition of “disabled students’ allowance” insert—

  • “distance learning designation event” has the meaning given in regulation 2A(6);
