In regulation 2 (interpretation) ( as amended by regulations 10, 19 ,22, 31 and 35 of these regulations) in the definition of “relevant institution of higher education in the Republic of Ireland” for “an institution listed in Schedule 6” substitute “a publicly funded prescribed approved institution for the purposes of section 7 of the Student Support Act 201177”
