The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs1 makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 6 of the Agriculture Act (Northern Ireland) 19492.
These Regulations are made with the approval of the Department of Finance3 under sections 5 and 6 of the Agriculture Act (Northern Ireland) 1949.
