Amendment of the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001

2.—(1) The following amendments are made to Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001(1) (which specifies Controlled Drugs to which section 7(4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 applies).

(2) In paragraph 1(a) —

(a) after “Bromazolam (8-bromo-1-methyl-6-phenyl-4H-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]benzodiazepine)” insert “Brorphine”;

(b) after “1,4-Butanediol” insert “Butonitazene”;
