Coming into operation

The Department of Health, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(4) and (5) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 19711 as adapted by section 7(9) of that Act and now vested in it2 and after consultation with the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs in accordance with section 7(7) of that Act.
