These Regulations come into operation on 1st April 2024 except the following—

Regulation 48 has effect from 6th April 2006.
b
Regulations 47, 49 and 51 have effect from 1st July 2014.

Regulations 4, 6 - 9, 11 - 34, 39 - 43, 45 and 50 have effect from 1st April 2015.
d
Regulations 37 and 38 have effect from 6th April 20166.
