37.—(1) Regulation 202 (Commutation of small pensions) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraph (5)(a) and associated footnote.

(3) For “(b)” substitute “(a)”, for “(c)” substitute “(b)” and for “(d)” substitute “(c)”.
