Amendment of the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers’ Compensation) (Payment of Claims) Regulations

2.  In regulation 2 of the Pneumoconiosis, etc., (Workers’ Compensation) (Payment of Claims) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1988(1) (interpretation)—

(a) for the definition of “disease” substitute—

““disease” means a disease to which the Order applies (as specified in Article 3(1) of the Order or in an order made under that Article);”;

(b) omit the definition of “primary carcinoma of the lung”.
