1. These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support Fees (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024 and shall come into operation on 18th January 2024.
2.—(1) The Child Support Fees Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3 (the collection fee), paragraphs (6)(2) and (7) are revoked.
3. The Child Support Fees (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023(3) are revoked.
