The Department for Communities(1) makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 55(2)(h) and (3) and 287(3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(2) and section 51(6) of, and paragraphs 2(1), (2), (3) and (5) and 3 of Schedule 18 to, the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015(3).
