21. For the purposes of section 25(4) of the Act (continuity option 2: resolving triggering event) (or, where applicable, of section 25(4)(d) as substituted by paragraph 5(c) of Schedule 2 to the Act), the notification must be given before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which the triggering event was, in the trustees’ opinion, resolved.
