Coming into operation in accordance with regulation 1(1) and (2)

The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 109(6)(b) and (7) and 177(2) to (4) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 19931, Articles 35(4) and (7) and 166(1) to (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 19952, and now vested in it3, and sections 42 and 51(6) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 18 to, the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 20154.
