The Department for Communities1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 200A(3)(b), (4) and (5), 200B(2)(d), (4), (6)(b) and (8)(b), (c) and (d), 201(4)(c), 203(6), 205(3A), (4) and (6) and 287(2) and (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 20052.
