The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 150(1) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 20111 and sections 17 and 31 of the Children (Scotland) Act 19952, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with sections 150(3) and 197(2) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
