Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Budget (Scotland) Act 20131 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 7(2) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2013 Amendment Order 2014 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In this Order, “the Act” means the Budget (Scotland) Act 2013.
Amendment of amounts specified in section 4 (overall cash authorisations)2
In section 4 of the Act, for the amount specified—

in subsection (2) (Scottish Administration), substitute “£31,956,931,000”;

in subsection (3)(a) (Forestry Commissioners), substitute “£70,031,000”; and
c
