Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(2), 7(1), 12(3), 14(1), 23(3), 27, 28, 30 and 44(1) of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 20141 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 44(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
