These Regulations may be cited as the Public Procurement etc. (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

Except for regulations 4, 6 and 8 these Regulations come into force on exit day.

Regulations 4, 6 and 8 come into force eight months after exit day.

The amendments and modifications made by these Regulations are subject to the transitional and savings provisions made by the schedule.
