50.  In article 43(1)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), after head (i) insert—

“(ib) article 6B;”,

(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “or”, in the third place it occurs, “substitute “a prohibition or restriction in a notice published, a provision or condition of a”.
