Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 44(3) and 96(2) of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 20091, and sections 151(3) and 207(4)(a) of the Equality Act 20102 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 44(7) of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 the Scottish Ministers have consulted such associations of local authorities and such other persons as they considered appropriate.
In accordance with section 152(3) of the Equality Act 20103 the Scottish Ministers have consulted the Commission for Equality and Human Rights.
In accordance with section 96(4) of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 20094 and section 210(2) of the Equality Act 2010 a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Scottish National Investment Bank p.l.c. (Miscellaneous Listings) Order 2020 and comes into force on 26 November 2020.
