Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(4), 7(4)(b), 8(1) and 128(1)(b) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 20191 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with sections 6(4), 7(4)(b) and 8(1) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have consulted with such persons as they consider appropriate.

In accordance with section 128(2) and (3) of that Act2, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
