These Regulations apply to an individual who is resident in one of the local authority areas mentioned in paragraph 6 when the individual makes an application for Adult Disability Payment during the initial period for applications.

An individual who is awarded Adult Disability Payment pursuant to an application made during the initial period for applications will continue to be entitled if that person moves to another local authority area in Scotland.
