4.—(1) The Best Start Foods Regulations are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 10(1)(1) (kinds of assistance)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a), for “£17,005” substitute “£18,725”,
(b)in sub-paragraph (b)(i), for “£7,920” substitute “£8,717”,
(c)in sub-paragraph (c), for “£328” substitute “£358”,

(3) In regulation 13(2) (value of benefit)—
