Amendment of the Welfare of Farmed Animals (Scotland) Regulations 2010

2. In regulation 7A (animal welfare guidance) of the Welfare of Farmed Animals (Scotland) Regulations 2010(1), after paragraph (2)(b), insert—
“(c)the guidance contained in the document titled “Guidance for the Welfare of Pigs” and dated November 2023, which was first published by the Scottish Government on its website on 20 November 2023(2).”.
