1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) Partial Revocation (Scotland) Order 1999 and shall come into force at 1900 hours on 1st September 1999.
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (Scotland) Order 1999(1) is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area set out in the Schedule to this Order.
