The South Glasgow University Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 12A(1) and (4) of, and paragraphs 1 and 3(1)(b) and (c) of Schedule 7A to, the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
