Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Borders Primary Care National HealthService Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999 and shall come intoforce on 1st October 1999.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Borders Primary CareNHS Trust (Establishment) Order 19982.
