This Order may be cited as the Lothian Primary Care National HealthService Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999 and shall come intoforce on 1st October 1999.

• In this Order–

• “the principal Order” means the Lothian Primary Care NationalHealth Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19982;

• “the trust’s area of responsibility” means that part of LothianHealth Board’s area except that part which lies within the West Lothianlocal government area as defined in Part I of Schedule 1 to the LocalGovernment etc. (Scotland) Act 19943.
