Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

2.  Section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1) (purposes for which financial assistance may be given), shall be varied by adding after paragraph (ll) the following paragraph:–

“(mm) the programme known as the Strategic Waste Fund.”.
