RATING AND VALUATION
This Order makes provision for the valuation for financial year 1999-2000 of certain railway lands and heritages occupied by ScotRail Railways Ltd., Great North Eastern Railway Ltd., the British Railways Board, West Coast Trains Ltd. and West Coast Traincare Ltd. (“the prescribed class of lands and heritages”) (article 3).
