Chapter IV of the Table of Fees in rule 42.16(3) of the Rules of the Court of Session 19942 (fees of shorthand writers) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1 (attendance), for the amounts of £111.30 and £27.83 there are substituted the amounts of £115.25 and £28.82 respectively.

In paragraph 2 (extension of notes of evidence), for the amounts of £4.56, £5.57 and £0.38 there are substituted the amounts of £4.72, £5.77 and £0.39 respectively.
