Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 10th August 2001.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme Regulations 19972.
