The Less Favoured Area Support Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2001 No. 50

Citation, commencement and application

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Less Favoured Area Support Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 19th March 2001.

(2) These Regulations apply to holdings which the Scottish Ministers administer in accordance with the Integrated Administration and Control System Regulations 1993(1).
