Other than for the purposes of regulations 11 to 19, 20(1) and (2), 21 and 22 of the Less Favoured Area Support Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2001 in relation to payments made thereunder, those Regulations (except regulations 20(3) and 23) are hereby revoked.
