The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Edinburgh) Designation Amendment Order 2002

Amendment to the 1998 Order

2.  Paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 2 of the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Edinburgh) Designation Order 1998(1) shall be omitted and there shall be substituted:

“In subsection (2)–

(a) the words “For the purposes of this Part of this Act”; and

(b) paragraphs (a)(i), (b) and (c) shall be omitted.”
