The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the National Parks (Scotland) Act 20001, and of all powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 34(5) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
