Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Extensification Payment (Scotland) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 28th June 2002.

These Regulations shall extend to Scotland and insofar as they extend beyond Scotland, they do so only as a matter of Scots law.
