Transitional provisions and savings - rent and rent determination5
Sections 55 to 59 of the Rent (Scotland) Act 19844 and sections 24 and 30(4) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 19885 shall continue to apply to tenancies to which they applied immediately before the conversion date until–
a
the tenancy is terminated (within the meaning of article 5(3) above);
b
the tenancy is assigned; or
c
the tenancy passes by operation of section 22 (succession to Scottish secure tenancy) of the 2001 Act other than to a person referred to in paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to the 2001 Act.
