Citation, commencement and extent S

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food and Animal Feedingstuffs (Products of Animal Origin from China) (Control) (Scotland) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 2nd February 2002.

(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
