SCHEDULE 1 SPECIFICATION OF AREA

Perth and Kinross Council local government area as established by Section 1(2) and (4) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994, excluding the following roads within this area:–

• the M90 and M90(S)

• the A9 Edinburgh to Inverness trunk road

• the A90 Perth to Dundee trunk road.
