In paragraph 1(4) of Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991, paragraph (ab) shall be omitted(1).

This paragraph was inserted by the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Amendment of Schedule 3) (England and Wales) Order 1996 (SI 1996/500) and extended to Scotland by the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Amendment of Schedule 3) (Scotland) Order 1998 (SI 1998/2018).
