The Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2002 (revoked)

14.  In regulation 12 (application of other provisions)–

(a) in paragraph (1) after “plastic materials or articles” there shall be inserted “ , adhesives and materials or articles covered by a surface coating ”; and

(b) in paragraph (3) for “relate to plastic materials or articles” there shall be substituted “ apply to plastic materials or articles, adhesives, or materials or articles covered by a surface coating ”.
