Citation, interpretation and extent
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 2002 (Commencement) (Scotland) Order 2002.
(2) In this Order “section” means a section of the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 2002.
(3) This Order extends to Scotland only.
