Coming into force
Whereas the Trustees of The Harbour of Inverness have applied in writing to The Scottish Ministers for a Harbour Revision order under section 14 of The Harbours Act 19641.
And whereas the making of this Order is not opposed.
Now therefore, the Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 14 of the said Act2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
