Appointed day
2. 14th January 2003 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Adoption (Intercountry Aspects) Act 1999:–
(a)section 1 (regulations giving effect to Convention); and
(b)section 12 (registration of certain intercountry adoptions) insofar as it amends the Adoption (Scotland) Act 1978(1).
