1. This Order may be cited as the National Health Service (Constitution of Health Boards) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
2.—(1) The National Health Service (Constitution of Health Boards) (Scotland) Order 1974(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit article 5.
(3) For the Schedule, substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
