Costs of disposal of waste in landfill13
The operator of a landfill shall ensure that the charges the operator makes for the disposal of waste in its landfill covers all of the following–
a
the costs of setting up and operating the landfill;
b
the costs of the financial provision required by F1regulation 18(4)(b) of the 2012 Regulations; and
c
the estimated costs for the closure and after-care of the landfill site for a period of at least 30 years from its closure.
