These Regulations have been made to correct an omission in S.S.I. 2003/34 and are being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Regulations.

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(2) and 20 of the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 20021, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Sponsorship Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 27th June 2003.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
Amendment of the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Sponsorship Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Regulations 20032
In regulation 3(2)(b)(ii) of the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Sponsorship Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Regulations 20032, after “visible” insert “tobacco”.
