10.—(1) In paragraph 3(2)(a), after “general ophthalmic services” insert “, locum services”.
(2) After paragraph 3(3), insert–
“(4) In sub-paragraph (2)(a), “locum services” shall have the same meaning as for the purposes of paragraph 6”.
