9. In Schedule 1 (utilities and activities) to the Utilities Contracts Regulations 1996(1), in part A of the table, in the column headed “utility”, for “a water and sewerage authority established by section 62 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994”, substitute “Scottish Water”.
