Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) Partial Revocation (Scotland) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st August 2003.
(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (Scotland) Order 1991(1).
